Schloss Schoenbrunn
Today we went on another trip to the Schoenbrunn Palace, the residence for the Habsburgs from Empress Maria Teresia (mother of Marie Antoinette) to the end of their rule. It's really a beutiful place with extravagant palace and breath-taking gardens. It even has a zoo, green house, a maze and a coach museum. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to go to into those places, and you can't take pictures in the palace.

flowers in the garden
the Japanese garden
paths on the grounds of the palace

The souvenir I bought from the gift shop: Sisi's (Empress Elizabeth's) star. She's almost like an icon in Austria. (Wish I had her hair to put in all those diamond stars!)
