Day 5: Berlin
The second day Sharon wanted to go to the concentration camp Sachsenhausen 40 minutes outside the city. It's a really creepy and eerie place I wanted to leave as soon as I got there. I kind of regretted going there since I already knew what went on in those camps and visiting there did nothing for me except made my skin crawl. And going there took the entire afternoon and we didn't have a chance to go to Schloss Charlottenburg. :(

Every Thursday the museums on museum island are free for the last 4 hours, so we went to Pergamonmuseum, where many of the archaeological treasures of Greece and the Middle East are held.
